About PCDoc

We help non-technical people fix their PCs.

PCDoc is a focused hub for solving everyday PC problems. Whether your Windows update keeps failing, your printer is stuck offline, or your laptop is slow for no clear reason — we have a tested fix.

We do three things, well:

1 · Honest fix guides

Every error guide is tested on a real machine before publication. We list steps in order of "most likely to work first" — not the order Microsoft recommends. We tell you when a fix is risky, and when to stop and call for help.

2 · Tested tool recommendations

We install and run every PC tool we list. Reviews include the cons — and we tell you which paid features are actually worth it. Some links are affiliate, which we disclose clearly. Affiliates never affect our rankings or pricing.

3 · Remote technician help

When DIY isn't enough, remote help should begin with a clear explanation of what can be checked safely and what needs a local repair shop. See Get Help for details.

Our promise

  • No clickbait. If a problem can be solved in 30 seconds, we say so up front.
  • No fearmongering. We won't scare you into buying tools you don't need.
  • No fake urgency. No "ACT NOW or your PC will explode" popups.
  • Real humans. Every guide is written by a person who's actually fixed the problem.

Still stuck? We're here to help.

If the guide is not enough, describe the issue first. We will explain whether remote help is appropriate before any access is granted.
