About this driver
Logitech splits their software by product line: Logitech Options+ for office mice/keyboards (MX Master, MX Keys, Lift, etc.) and Logitech G HUB for gaming gear (G Pro, G502, G915, etc.). They don't share settings — installing the wrong one means your device won't have all features.
For the device to work at all, no software is needed: plug in USB receiver and Windows uses generic HID drivers. The official software adds: programmable buttons, scroll wheel customization, multi-device pairing (Flow), and battery indicators.
Common issues: receiver not recognized (USB driver issue, not Logitech-specific), Options+ failing to launch (.NET conflict), and Bolt receivers showing wrong device.
Installation steps
Identify Your Logitech Device's Software
Office mice/keyboards (MX series, K series, Lift, Pop): use Options+. Gaming gear (G prefix): use G HUB. Older devices may need 'Logitech SetPoint' instead — check the bottom of your device for the model number, then look up which app supports it.
Uninstall Old Versions
If migrating from old SetPoint / Logitech Options (no plus) / older G HUB, uninstall the old one first via Control Panel → Programs. Otherwise the new app may conflict.
Download Latest from Logitech
Go to logitech.com/en-us/software/options.html (or .../g-hub.html for gaming). Click Download and run the installer.
Connect Devices
After install, plug your USB receiver in. The app will detect connected devices automatically. For Bluetooth devices: pair them via Windows Settings first, then open Logitech app to configure.
